families on our waiting list.
Waiting List Information
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill our information request, to be considered for our Waiting List. We carefully review each and every application to ensure our babies are placed in loving pet homes that will adore them as much as we do! Once you are on our Paid Waiting List, you have the option to choose any available kitten on the Nursery Page. Below are the basic guidelines to familiarize yourself with when choosing your kitten.
PLEASE NOTE:
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit to be placed on our waiting list.
This ensures that we are not wasting our time answering fake applications or emails. We want to work with dedicated, committed families that are ready for the responsibility of adopting a new kitten. We strongly feel that the families who are planning ahead and willing to wait for the right kitten are better suited for one of our kittens. We don't ever want one of our babies to be an impulse buy, that the new owner later regrets and decides to 'get rid of' when they find they are more work than they thought. The $200 deposit is of course taken off the price of your Original Ragdoll or Babydoll Cat.
How the Paid Deposit Waiting List works...

Submit your application and indicate the time frame you would prefer to adopt your kitten. We can give you a general idea of the upcoming litters, and approx. wait.

I will notify you after reviewing your application of approval or denial of application.

Submission of deposit via online transer, bank deposit, or Pay-pal must be received within 5 days of approval, to be placed on the waiting list. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA US MAIL DUE TO LOST, BOUNCED OR 'NO-SHOW' PAYMENTS. We have a large volume of requests for our kittens, and unfortunately there have been a few dishonest people that have sent checks that have bounced, or tell us the check is in the mail, only to find they never sent it, and then cannot be reached. In the meantime, we have turned away other interested families while awaiting the arrival of the check. In order to help everything move smoothly for all concerned, and to eliminate the dishonest requests, we had to decide to no longer accept checks via US Mail. If you wish to pay with a MO, you can make a direct deposit at our bank.

Once we have received your application and deposit, we will keep in touch with updates on your kitten, and other pertinent information to the adoption of your kitten.

We post all of our new arrivals on our "Nursery Page" of our website. These kittens are available to those of you on the PAID DEPOSIT WAITING LIST ONLY, they will remain there until they are approximately 5-6 weeks old, if they have not been spoken for by that age they will then be moved to the "Available Kitten Page" where they are then available to the general public. If you are on our Paid Deposit Waiting List, it is very important to bookmark the "Nursery Page" to watch the puppies that are born at Mon Petit Chatons adn Original Ragdolls, and submit your kitten requests when one captures your heart.

Sex of kittens doesn't need to be a high concern as that can be fixed by having your kitten spayed or neutered. What is most important is the personality, color and temperament of your new baby!

Delivery Day--- Families need to contact us about delivery and shipping of their kitten. If you are having your kitten delivered or shipped, there is an additional charge for this. (listed on the adoption page)

After delivery or pick-up day we have a nice quiet evening at home with mommy. It is an emotional day for the family as we are happy the kittens are with their forever families but also miss the little ones. We give mom special attention so she can adjust to being without her babies to care for.
My Commitment
One of the main goals in my breeding program is building a relationship with my families. Our babies are loved and cared for while they are with us in my family home, and I enjoy getting to know my babies new families. It brings so much joy to my family to have our extended Mon Petit Chaton family to keep in touch with. We have even babysat for families that are closeby. This is my passion, and I hope to be able to share one of my darling babies with you.
